  • What is the membership refund policy and cancellation process at Women Leaders Pharma?
    Women Leaders Pharma is committed to providing our members with the highest level of service possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your membership, you may request a full refund within 10 days of payment. If you wish to cancel your membership after the 10-day refund period has ended, you may do so at any time through your profile or by contacting info@womenleadersinpharma.com. However, please note that Women Leaders Pharma does not provide refunds for cancelled memberships. Once membership is canceled, access to member benefits and privileges will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle. We appreciate your understanding and support in our mission to empower women in the pharmaceutical industry. If you have any questions or concerns about our membership refund policy or cancellation policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
  • How do I check my membership status?
    You can find the status of your membership under My Subscriptions. If you are not already logged in, click on the Log In button in the top right corner and log in with the email and password you set at sign-up. After logging in, the Log In button will change to your Name. Click on your name to see the drop down menu and select My Subscriptions.
  • Where can I add my FAQs?
    FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
