I am thrilled and honoured to be invited to participate in this WLP award. It means a lot to me to be part of this amazing group of women and to recognise women leaders in our workforce.

I joined WLP to support and empower women in pharma/MedTech and in science in general. Helping and sharing with each other gives us this amazing opportunity to grow from each other's experiences and promote economic empowerment for women.

I am inspired by WLP’s fabulous community of women empowering women in our industry.

Having spent my career at the intersection of precision medicine and academia, I recognize the immense potential of women leaders in Pharma. My work, aimed at improving patient outcomes and driving innovation, aligns perfectly with the goals of this group. I'm honored to be part of this community, fostering connections and empowerment among women in our field.

Over the last 3 decades I have witnessed numerous amazing women making a difference in Pharma, but there significant work to be done ahead to help women access leadership roles. I truly believe women have a different set of leadership skills that can create positive change and create sustainability for our healthcare system. I am honored to help recognize exceptional women that are making a difference today & paving the way for generations to come.

Joining Accessa meant joining a new industry - WLP was a way for me to network and make new connections in a context focused on support and empowerment.

I joined this group to network with and support outstanding women in pharma. I thought this was such a great opportunity to showcase leaders within our industry.

I joined WLP to be able to engage in dialogue and build bridges between my profession and the industries represented by WLP's membership; when I learned more about this organization, I realized that, even more so, WLP's mission of women empowering women really resonated with me - so, here I am, ready to soak in the experience and contribute to the best of my ability. Voilà!

It is a great honor to be a Judge for the WLP Awards, an amazing initiative to celebrate the extraordinary achievements of women in the pharmaceutical Industry!
I find it incredibly motivating to be part of a community that empowers women, addresses healthcare challenges and supports one another.

I am excited to be part of this initiative because I find it important to lift women up, let them be unapologetically ambitious and convert fear into confidence to be true game changers, through Women’s leaders inspiring journey.

Women Leaders in Pharma is an important organization for me to be a part of and contribute because women have voices; their ideas, opinions, and insights should be heard at all times. Sometimes women need to be empowered to lean in and share their brilliance to drive results in our industry. Being part of an organization that leads the realization of these truths is inspiring.

Joined the WLP Award judging committee to empower other women to push through and become who they want to be or go where they want to get. Women who empower one another are true leaders!
