They require leaders and teams who can think systemically, work across boundaries, and lead collectively—especially in environments defined by constant change and increasing complexity. 

Rather than trying to simplify complexity, I help leaders work within it—building the capacity to think differently, make better decisions, and lead effectively across organizational boundaries. This includes strengthening alignment, accountability, trust, and shared ownership—both within teams and across the broader system.

I am an executive and systemic team coach and organization development practitioner, systemic with than 30 years of global experience partnering with leaders, teams, and organizations. My work focuses on helping leaders navigate complexity with clarity, strengthen collective capability, and translate strategy into sustained performance.

My coaching provides a confidential, thought-provoking space to reflect, challenge assumptions, and accelerate growth—while staying grounded in real business priorities. My approach is collaborative, practical, and deeply systemic. I see leaders and teams, shaped by relationships, structures, decision-making patterns, and culture. Personally, I enjoy spending time with my family, travelling, hiking and gardening.
