Jo Ann brings decades of senior HR leadership experience working inside complex national and global organizations. She has an extensive background in organizational re-design, talent management, succession planning, performance, and in designing leadership and team development programs.
Having spent over half her career in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries, she has also worked in banking, telecommunications, insurance, and the GTAA airport. Her coaching and consulting work has been shaped by providing HR support to executives, leaders, individuals, and teams, while working through high-stakes decisions, uncertainty, transitions, planning, and development. She has worked with over 100 teams.

Her passion for volunteering has led her to give time to the Special Olympics, Food Banks Canada, and Run for the Cure. Most recently having moved to Stratford, ON, Jo Ann volunteers as a Friend of the Stratford Festival and is a Board member of L’Arche Stratford.

Jo Ann is CDI.D Board of Director Certified, a certified ICF ACC Coach, EQi certified and holds TQi Navigating Transitions and Change Management certifications.
