Service Description
In complex, fast-paced environments, leadership is no longer just about having the right answers. It is about creating the conditions for others to think, contribute, and grow. Yet, many leaders find themselves caught between telling and asking: When do you step in with direction? When do you step back and empower? Coaching is one of the most powerful ways to navigate this tension and elevate your leadership impact. This session will introduce you to core coaching skills that help you lead through others, not just for others. You will see how small shifts in how you listen and ask questions can unlock new thinking, stronger ownership, and better outcomes. Led by six experienced coaches from the WLP Coaching Committee, this session brings together diverse coaching styles and leadership perspectives. Each coach draws on real-world experience to support leaders in high-stakes, high-performance environments. Together, we will: Explore what coaching looks like in everyday leadership conversations Learn a practical coaching skill you can immediately apply Experience live coaching demonstrations with real participants Hear reflections and insights from multiple experienced coaches Some participants will have the opportunity to receive live coaching during the session. If you would like to be considered, come prepared with a real coaching question or situation you are navigating. Whether you lead a team or influence as an individual contributor, this session will help you expand your leadership approach and increase your impact through coaching.
