What is coaching?

WLP aims to empower women at all levels within our industry.

Coaching is a creative process that helps explore, unlock, and unleash your potential. Coaches work with clients to search within themselves, explore what’s possible, and inspire action toward their goals. This confidential and collaborative experience aims to support women in maximizing their impact and finding alignment with their core values and purpose.

All WLP members can access our coaching services. Our certified coaches are chosen for their diverse industry experience and ability to guide you effectively. With our team of coaches, there is the added benefit of being able to support you in French or English, truly maximizing your personalized support.

How does it work?

Explore the coach profiles on the WLP site and choose your coach.

Once you have chosen a coach, email our WLP Coaching Lead at coaching@womenleadersinpharma.com

to let her know your selection. She will then connect you directly!

Meet your coach for a complimentary chemistry session to ensure your coach is a fit.

Exclusively for WLP members, the first three coaching sessions come at a special reduced rate.

After the first three sessions, the coach and coachee will agree on the rate moving forward.
