What is coaching?

WLP is empowering women at all levels within the pharmaceutical industry.

Coaching is a creative process that helps explore, unlock, and unleash your potential. Coaches work with clients to search within themselves, explore what’s possible, and inspire action toward their goals. It’s a confidential and collaborative experience designed to support women in maximizing their impact, and helping them align themselves with their unique values and purpose in life.

As such, we are offering coaching to all members within the WLP! Many organizations have budgets available for your development. Consider tapping into your development budget at work for coaching services through the WLP!

How does it work?

Explore the coach profiles on the WLP site and choose your coach.

Reach out to our WLP Coaching Lead here to share your coach of choice and she will connect you directly with the coach.

Meet your coach for a complimentary chemistry session to ensure your coach is a fit.

Coaching rates for the first 3 sessions are discounted to a special WLP rate.

After 3 sessions, the coach and coachee will discuss the rate moving forward.
