With over 20 years of experience, I have a deep understanding of the complexities leaders face, balancing technical mastery with strategic leadership, and analytical thinking with human connection. As a certified executive and leadership coach and a member of the Coaching Committee for Women Leaders in Pharma, I am committed to helping leaders turn complexity into clarity, align purpose with action, and achieve lasting impact within their organizations and communities.
Beyond work, I find inspiration in exploring new ideas, engaging across cultures, and supporting the arts, particularly through my daughter’s dance journey.
