The Power of Emotions at Work: Professionalism Without Suppression
Service Description
In highly regulated, data-driven environments like the pharmaceutical industry, professionalism is often equated with composure, objectivity, and emotional restraint. But what if suppressing emotion is limiting your influence and leadership? Women in corporate settings are often caught in a double bind: Be warm, but not too soft. Be direct, but not aggressive. Be passionate, but not emotional. This interactive 60-minute group coaching session will challenge the long-standing myth that emotions undermine credibility — and instead explore how emotional intelligence is a strategic leadership advantage. Together, we will: Challenge inherited beliefs about emotion and credibility Explore how emotional suppression impacts confidence, visibility, and decision-making Learn a practical framework to respond — not react — in high-stakes conversations This session is about how to lead with impact, regardless of your title, by leveraging emotional data to strengthen your leadership presence, and influence.
