Cancellation Policy

Course Registration & Cancellation Policy 1. Registration and Payment Enrollment: Seat confirmation is only guaranteed once full payment has been received. Deadline: Registration typically closes 2 days prior to the course start date. Late registrations may be accepted at the discretion of the organizers if space permits. 2. General Refund Policy No Refunds: All course registrations are final. Once payment is processed, we do not offer refunds, credits, or transfers if a participant chooses to withdraw or is unable to attend. Exceptions: The only exception to this "No Refund" policy is in the event that the course is cancelled by WLP, as outlined in Section 3. 3. Course Cancellation by the Organizer We strive to host every scheduled session; however, courses are subject to a minimum enrollment requirement. Insufficient Enrollment: If the minimum number of registrants is not met by 2 days before the start date, we reserve the right to cancel the course. Full Refunds: If we cancel a course for any reason (including low enrollment or unforeseen emergencies), all registered participants will receive a 100% refund of their registration fee. Liability: WLP is not responsible for any outside costs incurred by the participant (such as travel, lodging, or equipment) due to a course cancellation. 4. Substitution Policy If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute participant in your place at no extra charge. Please notify us via email at operations@womenleadersinpharma.com at least 24 hours before the course begins with the substitute’s full name and contact information.
