Change in Leadership
We are pleased to share some exciting updates regarding
the leadership of our Communications Department.
First, we want to express our sincere appreciation to Diana Veronica Ferraez for her dedication and impactful contributions. Diana’s leadership has been instrumental in making valuable process improvements and innovations, and we are grateful for her service and commitment.
As we look ahead, we are implementing a new structure within the communications team. The department will now consist of two closely collaborating teams. We are delighted to announce that Dorothy Czylyski (Content & Creative) and Andie Yi (Digital & Outreach) will be stepping into these leadership roles. Both bring exceptional experience and insight, and we are confident they will elevate our communications strategy and execution.
In addition, we are thrilled to welcome Dorothy Czylyski to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). Her strategic vision and collaborative spirit will be a tremendous asset as we continue to grow.
Please join us in thanking Diana, and in warmly welcoming Dorothy and Andie to their new roles.

First and foremost, we want to extend our deepest gratitude to Brianne Ligori for her outstanding leadership, dedication, and heart. Brianne, thank you for everything you brought to this role. You helped shape a space where women can grow, connect, and thrive.
