I am writing to provide you with an update regarding Women Leaders in Pharma leadership.

Daniele, Thank you for accepting the role of Vice President of the Executive Leadership Team. Your contributions have been instrumental in establishing WLP’s mentorship program in collaboration with TG and the mentorship team. Beginning as a pilot, you played a key role in transitioning it into a cohort model and further developing it into the continuous mentorship program we have today. This ensures that mentorship is available to all our members at any time during the year.

Your involvement in supporting the next generation of leaders extends beyond WLP, notably through your collaboration with Northeastern University. We look forward to your continued support in shaping the future of our industry.
