Following her passage in the legal sector as a lawyer, Amélie re-directed her career to focus on operational roles which led her to the learning field over 10 years ago. She is currently leading the Learning & Performance team which focuses on developing learning strategies and programs for the employees including targeted coaching tactics to reinforce skills development. Amélie has great experience in functional training, blended learning, design & deployment and business support.
