The PMCQ and Women Leaders in Pharma invite you to attend its first collaborative event: Supporting Women in Their Career Journey, taking place on Thursday, March 14, 2024.

In celebration of International Woman’s Day, let’s lift women up together! PMCQ and Women Leaders in Pharma are very excited to be co-hosting (for the very first time!), this special event featuring a panel discussion on the impact female life events have on women’s career paths and how we can ALL band together to better navigate these topics in the workplace.

For the occasion, the PMCQ and Women Leaders in Pharma are delighted to bring to you the thoughts of our esteemed panelists:

• Amy Cairns, Vice President, Women’s Health & Established Brands, Organon Canada
• Martin Arès, Chief Executive Officer, Pharmascience Inc.

The panel discussion will be moderated by Milva D’Aronco, Founding Member WLP & Sales, Operations and Marketing Executive.

Women are exposed to many events that may upset their personal and professional journeys (menstruation, fertility issues, pregnancy, maternity leave, caregiving role, menopause, etc.).

Our candid and open panel discussion will aim to improve how:

• we speak about these topics at work;
• we offer or receive the needed support at the right time;
• we can ALL be more caring and inclusive leaders and resources.
