About the Event
Join us in Montreal for an in‑person session where mentors and mentees dig into how confidence and competence shape women’s leadership. We’ll talk openly about what builds (and undermines) both the systemic and psychological forces at play, and the real experiences women face at work.
Through guided conversations and shared insights, participants will explore common confidence traps, rethink what “competence” really looks like, and learn simple ways to show up with confidence that feels real.
You will leave with practical tools you can use right away in your career and mentoring relationships.
